Question Flash player 15 freezes chat room

Updated Flash player 15 on my imac OSX.6.8. and it freezes my chat room for work, then closes the page. When I use version 14 it stated blocked plug ins. Need to be able to work. Followed all advise posted. Can't seem to find any help. Can anyone help me? Thanks so much

The problem is resolved. I had to do a complete uninstall and was finally able to resolve the issue.
