I have a domain through 1and1, and have just created a Muse website, and published it to the Business Catalyst space I receive with my monthly Creative Cloud subscription. Ive followed the process to link the DNS settings to Business Catalyst and the site url to 1and1, and the site itself is all up and running perfectly.
However, Ive only just realised that I haven't received any emails all day from my email address, which I haven't changed any settings for in 1and1, and can't find any settings on Business Catalyst WebHosting to change. I can send out emails and people receive them, but have been told and tried myself and do not receive any emails at all to my address.
Can anyone advise on this issue?
