I've been trying for days to install adobe reader 8 on my husband's new lenovo thinkpad with vista and I'm getting the same stupid message about another instance of it running, but still can't open PDFs. I've tried some of the fixes, but none seem to work. When/How can I get this resolved?

This forum is for Adobe's RoboHelp product. You might do better posting this to one of the Adobe Acrobat forums. It is a completely different product.

I think this is the one you want.
