    I just subscribed to Creative Cloud and cannot download anything - I cannot even download the Cloud's Desktop app - it just opens a blank rectangle. I tried contacting the 24/7 Adobe chat service and nothing happens when I press send. Any suggestions?

      I just subscribed to Creative Cloud and cannot download anything. I cannot even download the Cloud's Desktop app - it appears as a blank/empty rectangle on the screen. I tried contacting customer service through their 24/7 chat service but nothing happened when I hit "send". Any suggestions?
