Few years ago, Key Business had a Prosite created with the username of firstname.lastname@example.org. Then, we decided not to renew the subscription and our Prosite went off.
However, few months ago we suscribed to the Adobe "Complete" pack for business with the username of email@example.com. This pack includes a free Prosite.
Then, I would like to know if it is possible to reactivate the previous Prosite created with the username: firstname.lastname@example.org.

Thanks for getting in touch. Yes, you can do this! Simply log into the old account with the Adobe ID email@example.com, then visit this link link (https://www.behance.net/portfolio/promote) and click "use a different Adobe ID," then entering the credentials of the Adobe ID you'd like to connect with: firstname.lastname@example.org. From then on, this will be the ID associated with that account.
