Well, first I'm going to ask a question that I always have to ask as it has been a common occurence with this kind of situation. Sometimes there is some account confusion; ie., you created an account using Adobe ID, but then the next time you signed in, you tapped Facebook (which may use a different email ID) and you see only a blank library. Is this at all a possible scenario?

I can't honestly tell you how you got on this thread if you were not ever a part of it. That is most puzzling. If you have never been on ANY discussion on this board I am mystified as to why you get emails at all. I will check with others on the staff if they have heard of such a thing and get back to you.

I am guessing but it's very likely a setting in your preferences. Go to Preferences and try setting them all to off. (click on the little arrow next to your icon on the upper right of this page. A list displays and select Preferences). Many of them are set to ON by default. Let me know if this helps.
