What do you want exactly? There is a Likert question (maybe not available for responsive project) or you could use a MCQ set to Survey instead of Graded?

I have a MCQ with 11 options to select (click all that apply) (multiple answers). It's set to survey - not graded. It still registers 1 correct answer and when I take the question, it reports it as failed in the Quiz results screen if I mark other than the "correct" answer it indicates. I'm also having the same problem with a single response MCQ .

That is very strange . Alternative is to create a custom question, using the Radiobuttons interaction or the Checkboxes interaction. What do you want to do with the result?

Just have the answers recorded in the LMS, allowing the LMS to report appropriate info.
