My Apologies on the late response, i did go ahead with this solution, this did not however resolve my user's issue.
Any further help would be appreciated.
Try to give Read and write to the below mentioned folders. Make sure you set if for all the enclosed items as well.
- /Library/Application Support/Adobe
- ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe
- /Applications/Adobe InDesign CC 2014
If the problem still persists try it in a different user(admin) account or in Root user.
Kindly revert with the progress.
Did just as you had indicated, still no joy for my user, in my admin account i am able to access the application no problem. Thank you for your assistance it is much appreciated.
Having the same issue. I'm using a home directory for a computer lab and the local machine admin account opens the program no problem, but once a network user tries to open the program the error messages pops up. I have given read & write permissions to all the above mentioned folders, including the ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe.
This is very frustrating! Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
