1. Re: Deleting Add-ons
K.Woods Sep 26, 2014 5:09 AM (in response to ToonVW)The 'remove' button under 'my add-ons' on the add-ons website is designed to remove your installation across all platforms where it has been installed. If this function is not having the desired effect, it is possible that the version that you installed has since been retracted by the producer or superseded, and now there is a sync problem. We will look further into this and get back to you.

Jonathan Ferman Sep 26, 2014 6:18 AM (in response to ToonVW)Hi Toon,
We do have an uninstall for Add-ons for every Add-ons you acquire here:
http://creative.adobe.com/addons/my_addons
I think what has happened here is that these are for CS6 and when Add-ons came out we also introduced a sync install and it installed again. So clicking remove for anything you want to get rid of should do just that.
Hope that helps.

ToonVW Sep 26, 2014 6:46 AM (in response to Jonathan Ferman)Hello,
It doesn’t work. I made the sync ( in Creative Cloud) disable. Then I started again. And those two Add-ons ( Timetracker and Blurb) loaded in again.
And once again I have them moved away through the Extension Manager.

fgregor Oct 1, 2014 6:35 AM (in response to ToonVW)Hi Toon,
Can you confirm that you have clicked "Remove" on the page https://creative.adobe.com/addons/my_addons as shown below?
If so, can you please confirm that the account you're logged in with (in the Add-ons website) is the same as the account you're logged in with in the Creative Cloud desktop app?
If problems persist, please tell me the exact date and time when you clicked "remove" on these products so that we can investigate further.
Thanks for your patience.
Best regards,
Fraser

10. Re: Deleting Add-ons
fgregor Oct 1, 2014 7:09 AM (in response to ToonVW)Ah - now I understand the problem! This is very helpful, thank you for the screenshots.
I have now been able to reproduce this problem, so we can work on fixing the root cause.
In the meantime I have marked those two products as uninstalled for you in the system, so they should shortly uninstall themselves from your machine (as long as you have file sync enabled in Creative Cloud). If this doesn't happen, let me know.
Many thanks,
Fraser

I've ensured that the specified products are marked as uninstalled in your accounts. I suggest you install/uninstall another product to trigger a refresh, and then check that the expected products are removed.

Jonathan Ferman Nov 10, 2014 1:37 PM (in response to MarcinMac)Calm down @macinmarc, it's gonna be OK
There are two ways to remove TimeTeacker beyond manual removal:
1. Is in my Add-ons by clicking Remove - this requires the Creative Cloud Desktop app and a CC version of a desktop or later
2. Is with Adobe Extension Manager (app), find the Time Tracker extension against any supported app in Extension Manager and ensure yo have the right version of Extension Manager, e.g. CS6 or CC for CC and CC 2014 and then click remove.
That should remove it...

Can you please try to install/uninstall another product to trigger a refresh? I have marked TimeTracker as uninstalled in your account, so it should now be removed.

Sorry for my reply taking a while but ive been really busy. However it seems the extensions have now gone for good, they've not tried to re-install themselves at all. Fingers crossed Thank you for the assistance.

Jonathan Ferman Nov 13, 2014 4:29 AM (in response to MarcinMac)Ian,
It looks like you installed TimeTracker for CS6, if that's the case you need to use Adobe Extension Manager CS6 version to be able to remove it. The Creative Cloud for desktop app can only remove Add-ons compatible with CC or higher. This may not be the issue in this case but wanted to make you aware of that.
Thanks,
Jonathan

MarcinMac Nov 13, 2014 10:27 AM (in response to Jonathan Ferman)I have instaled the Extension Manager CS6 but is not posible install or uninstall TimeTraceker CS6 becasue conflicts with CC inDesign, Photoshop and .... list of errors.
