    Light Room Download and install, previously purchased but not in my account.  This isn't a forum type question, it needs customer support not answers from non-adobe folks.

      I purchased LR sometime ago.  When i tried to login to access the download, I was required to change password.  The adobe account email that I had used was no longer available to me.  I have been able to change my email and password at this point.  But now the product I purchased is not present in my account despite my having a license for it.

       

      I'm now on day 5 of trying to resolve to a fairly simple issue.
