It looks like the reason your site is down is not the maintenance we performed today but a recent change of information at your domain registrar:
Only Domains - Global Domain Name Registrar
It looks like either the DNS record have been changed or your domain name subscription expired. In any case I recommend contacting the domain registrar to sort out this issue.

HI - Please could somebody call us? Our contact number here in UK is 01359 240 351. Its really important that we can speak to somebody as we do not know why our .com website has stopped working (www.spencerbrownphotography.com) when yesterday it worked fine?. Its nothing to do with easyspace as that's all directing correctly. It has to be your end as we are not even able to get into our login area when our login area appears to work fine for our other wesbites e.g. our .co.uk website for studio portraits (www.spencerbrownphotography.co.uk) ? Please Please help as we are getting complaints from our school's customers who are not able to find our schools website (i.e. our .com version) and hence are unable to order online their school photos. Please Please help as this is truly a business disaster for us!....

With no modifications brought on the registrar side, it seems this was definitely caused by the maintenance performed, and though downtime was expected(and announced), I cannot yet determine why the impact was this lengthy in your particular case. We'll take action to figure out the cause of this occurrence and make sure future releases are deployed with a lesser degree of impact on our customer pages uptime.

Daniel Giuclea Sep 27, 2014 8:09 AM (in response to Alex Pavelescu)I am afraid that while my colleague's assessment might be more reassuring, it is incorrect and it doesn't help you prevent such an occurrence moving forward.
If you look carefully in the information you pasted in this thread you will see that the last update date at your registrar is today and the status is clientHold which according to ICANN means:
clientHold - This status code tells your domain’s registry to not include your domain in the zone file and as a consequence, it will not resolve. It is an uncommon status that is usually enacted during legal disputes, nonpayment, or when your domain is subject to deletion. Often, this status indicates an issue with your domain that needs resolution. If so, you should contact your registrar to resolve the issue. If your domain does not have any issues, but you need it to resolve, you must first contact your registrar and request that they remove this status code. source
My recommendation is to contact the registrar as soon as possible and enquire into the cause that led to them listing this status and also removing your zone from the records, albeit temporarily in this case.
