In the Print Module, the rulers tell me my image is exactly 10 x 15 on 13 x 19 media. Perfect.
It printed 14 5/8 x 13 3/4. Not perfect. It screws up my mat measurements.
I am using a Canon Pro9000 Mark II attached to an iMac running OS X v10.9.4.
The 13 x 19 is a custom size because LR or my printer didn't already have that as a standard default size for some reason. I saved it using "0" for each border dimension.
Can someone unravel this mystery? Thanks for taking a look.
Make sure you haven't set the paper up to do borderless printing. This will subtly change the size of your printed image. Also, make sure you have no stroke border, photo border or inner stroke set for the image and that you set the cell size to be exactly 10x15 instead of reading it of the rulers which are not very precise. You can enable the Dimensions option in the Show guides section. Also, 13x19 paper is often called A3+ in Canon drivers and it is often not exactly 13x19" but a metric size that is close to it.
I changed my setting to NOT print borderless and that worked. Thank you!
