Would this setup be sufficient to run Pr and Ae together?  Would you recommend any changes?

I want to use Premiere Pro CC and After Effects CC together to the best ability I can without spending too much money.  I've considered the following setup; what do you think about it?  What's extraneous?  What is it lacking?  I've read all the tweaker's pages and now I simply want real advice from other people, just to make sure I make the most of my money and make an informed decision.

I really can't afford too much better than this, but what do you recommend?  Surely something listed up there might be extraneous; what it is?  I need all the help I can get.
