Thank you very much for the info, as always tell them I downloaded the application and the error persists.

Contact your administrator if you want to apply updates on your computer. the administrator has deleted the updates.
How do I delete my team no updates?

Looks like you are in a restricted environment, could you contact your Administrator and have them update the tools for you?
