If necessary and for further questions click through http://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html and if "open" please use chat, I had the best experiences. I quote from Adobe's employee Preran: The chat button is activated as soon as there is an agent available to help.
The charge is still pending since September 28th 2014, please wait for 24/48 hours to get it activated .
If it does not get activated, please check with your bank. If the charge has gone through, do let me know via private messaging or you can contact support as mentioned above.
