I can't get any rich flash pages to play on any browser (chrome, safari, firefox) on Mac OSX

I have done the uninstall and reinstall 100 times and I can't seem to get the player to start up on any rich flash pages.

I have enabled the plug-ins on all browsers. I have been through all sorts of help forums and nothing seems to work.

I get the following screens when trying to to use the help pages.

Please help!
