I have been online for four hours, chatting and explaining for three times, why I earn an educational discount on lightroom. I've uploaded a dutch educational certificate.
Adobe helpdesk could not read dutch - sorry for being a foreign customer - so they could not confirm my order. Mr/Mrs DEEPAK from chat session, wanted to get rid of my chat session,
and said to me; 'I'll confirm it for you' and left chat session. He/she was lying. What a shame. Chatting with Adobe was a terrible waste of time.
