    Subscription renewal, but not all services updated

      Hi,

      I was renew my Creative Cloud subscription,  all desktop application working correctly (Photoshop and Lightroom). But, in Creative Cloud I still have 2 GB size and my Lightroom mobile has prompt "Subscription expired" (also in desktop Lightroom while I'm try connect to Lightroom mobile).

      My operation system : MAC OS X 9.5

       

      Information about subscription:

      Plan: Creative Cloud for photographer (one-year) (298013300)

      Last transaction number: 8975161559

      Last transaction date: 16.09.2014

       

      As recommend me early Adobe Tech support in Russia, I was reinstall all Creative Cloud software, but problem with Creative Cloud size and Lightroom mobile not solved.
