You MUST have an Internet connection so the program may connect to the activation server
What version of Premiere Elements are you using and on what computer operating system is it running?
Can you get your computer and Premiere Elements to a library which has Internet access or to an associate whose
computer has Internet access? After the program activation (Internet Access), there will be a few features that will
need activation (Internet Access) on a first time use basis (one example MPEG2 activation). Then you should be free of the Internet requirement for
Premiere Elements unless you want to
- use features (YouTube..etc) that need the Internet connection to function.
- download any project assets designated Content Download (like disc menus, Instant Movies.....)
Thank you. Your answer confirmed what I thought to be the case. I will have to figure out how to do it then. I know that some programs offer an alternative way of activating. It would be pretty cool if Adobe offered such alternative. Anyway thanks for the reply. - Matt
