I have an instructor who states that students are having a hard time opening published .pdf files that were published out of Presenter.
I told her that the browsers being used for this should be Safari on the Mac and IE on Windows. She stated that she included this in the instructions.
Could it be that something like "cookies" or "popups" could cause additional problems.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
You may want to make sure that they are using Acrobat Reader or Acrobat Pro to open the PDFs. Most browsers have applications that can preview/load PDF's in browser windows, and those many not support the Flash content that Presenter places in the PDF.
