1. Re: Email image remains on screen
conroyfourie Oct 12, 2014 4:24 AM (in response to drazowsky)I have the same problem - the only way I can then access the app again is by rebooting my iPad - quite annoying. I have no idea what to do next. I've deleted and reloaded the app but that did not work.
I picked this problem up after the recent IOS 8 update. Have you managed to sort the problem out? Any other workaround rather than rebooting? Thanks -

ibarrien Oct 14, 2014 2:26 AM (in response to conroyfourie)Does this only occur when sharing over mail?
@conroyfourie - which iPad do you use?
Just quitting the app and not rebooting did not work?
thanks,
Ignacio

conroyfourie Oct 14, 2014 9:53 AM (in response to ibarrien)Hi Ignacio,
Sharing via Mail seems to be the only time it happens.
I can't quit the app as the email window prevents that. I can get back to other apps by switching to the main screen. When i then go back into photoshop touch the email window is still there.
Only switching off and switching on again removes the email window.
I have an iPad 2 - A1396.
Thanks and regards

4. Re: Email image remains on screen
conroyfourie Oct 16, 2014 3:55 AM (in response to ibarrien)Hi Ignacio,
Re my response below.
I should add that the Email window that prevents me from using PST after sending the Email has two function buttons top left and top right. Top right is for “SEND” and top left is for “CANCEL”.
Initially I thought perhaps the mail was not send and touched the send again – however this then sends another copy so I stopped doing this (!).
When I tried the “CANCEL” function I get two options back: “Delete Draft” and “Save Draft”. I tried both options but afterwards the Email window just stays in place and I have to do the reboot thing.
Take care
Conroy

5. Re: Email image remains on screen
Madman12 Oct 17, 2014 8:05 PM (in response to drazowsky)I have exactly the same issues everyone on this email string has indicated. One response indicated that these problems don't occur on Android devices so since these problems didn't happen until the latest update of IOS8, it would appear Adobe will have to register this bug as one to fix for the next release, which will hopefully be soon and our collective misery will be over for a lot of us Adobe /Apple customers.
