Hi,
Ideally, the Uninstaller entry shall be visible there but since it's not there, try doing following thing:
1. Launch the setup again and trigger "Reinstall" mode of the Suite and let reinstall complete.
-> this will fix the 'AddRemoveProgram entry not created/present' issue i.e. will create a new ARP entry
-> you can then uninstall the suite using the newly created entry with Computer/Control Panel/Programs/Uninstall a Program
It's an additional step, but that shall resolve the issue.

Thanks for your response, could I ask how you Launch the setup again and trigger "Reinstall" mode of the Suite? Could you tell me step by step (folder by folder)? Thanks so much

Hi notanITperson,
You can also consider using the Cleaner tool. You simply need to download and install the Creative cloud cleaner tool and run the file.
Just follow the onscreen instructions and select the appropriate options to remove the Adobe applications.
