Please ensure the following:
1. All the devices and desktop are connected to same WiFi network.
2. Check that you are signed in with Adobe ID in Edge Inspect CC app. Clicking on the Edge Inspect icon will open up a menu. Check that your ID is picked up. If not, exit the app, run the creative cloud desktop app and start Edge Inspect again.
3. Also, Edge Inspect requires port 7682 to be open to enable communication across it between the devices and the computer. You might want to check with your IT department or whoever is in control of the network to see if that's open or see if it can be opened. If another application or service is using that port you must either reconfigure it to use a different port or close it so that Edge Inspect can work.
If the above doesn't resolve the issue,
4. Please disable all other Chrome plugins and retry to connect.
