Help with Photoshop CS5 update?

I operate in Windows 7. Have been unsuccessful in updating. I keep getting error message serial number is not eligible. Can't understand the instructions on the page that lists this as a common problem. Please help.

Try downloading CS5 and installing it on top of you current CS5 and then see if Update works with the original level of CS5.

You may also want to look at Photoshop: Basic Troubleshooting steps to fix most issues

Right if you do not follow the download instructions and sign in first you will be denied access and if you follow the instruction the link will work.

ok, so i tried with Firefox and it works. Apparently it doesn't work on Chrome on a mac.
