BGibson Oct 8, 2014 1:33 PM (in response to P Spier)Yes it does run with another user account in safe mode as well as the user that uses the computer. In Regular windows It will run with another user account but it will not run in the users account that uses the computer.

P Spier Oct 8, 2014 2:37 PM (in response to BGibson)Sounds like a conflict with something in the background on the regular account. Try diagnostic startup using MSconfig to selectively turn off stuff. Start with things that don't appear in the list for the second user account where it does work.
