Step 1 - buy your daughter a computer and tell her to Never, Ever touch your computer again
Step 2 - I **think** you need to uninstall the Cloud and run the cleaner

Step 3 - really NOT sure about this, but I remember one person saying they had to wipe everything Adobe and reinstall their older version after removing the Cloud, since the Cloud manager "took over" and did what you said
If you are getting renew your subscription error, choose have a different Adobe ID option on the window. Then sign in with a different email address which was not used to Creative Cloud trial. Let me know if you are still getting the same popup even after signing with different email address. Also mention your Operating System.
