I have the same problem & have sent at least 6 emails to Adobe asking for help but never receive a reply - I would like a refund and for someone to tell me an alternate method to open videos.

Flash Player is installed but when I try to view a video -e.g. Facebook - it
tells me I need to install Flash Player Pro.

"Flash Player Pro" is not an Adobe product, nor is it a legitimate product.
What tells you to install "Flash Player Pro" is malware that asks you to install more malware - and even pay for it!
