Adobe Story not logging in

Using Chrome 37.0.2062.124, Internet Explorer 11.0.9600.17278 and Safari 7.1, when I go to story.adobe.com I get a message saying DNS lookup failed.

If I try and go online with Story Plus it says my computer is not connected to the internet.

I chatted with Adobe help just now and he ran all kinds of diagnostics on my computer and there was nothing wrong with my internet.

It also seems to be not just my computer but my laptop, my wife's laptop and my daughter's PC tablet all say the same thing.

Do you need any more info?

Sorry for the inconvenience. We are looking into it. Meanwhile, can you tell us which DNS are you using, is it your ISP's or Google ?

Hi i'm having the same issue here in the UK. It's just saying '
This webpage is not available
I've tried it on my laptop at home and my computer at work. Both saying the same thing. This needs fixing ASAP. I have a deadline looming.

Hi,

We are facing some issues with the DNS mappings which we are investigating currently. The issue occurs for only few DNS sevices which are not directing users to story servers. Can you try changing your DNS server settings to use openDNS (See steps here: Use OpenDNS) and see if it works.

We were getting our DNS from our ISP, Charter.
