On a Macbook 15" Retina, latest version of Mavericks, with a second monitor plugged in.
I use Photoshop CC 2014 on my second monitor. If I have other apps open fullscreen on that monitor (OS X allows you to assign fullscreen apps to a specific monitor) and switch (cmd+tab) between them, when I return to the desktop with Photoshop open, it has moved position a few hundred pixels to the left (including all the windows and tools!). If I move one of the files, the main app readjusts and moves back to its original position.
I can cmd+tab through apps that are fullscreen on my laptop without it affecting Photoshop at all.
It's really frustrating.
Has anyone else experienced this, or is there potentially a setting that could be affecting this or is it just a bug?
Yes, consistently running into this too. Window is moved down. Let's hope Adobe can fix this before 2016.
Thanks for replying, nice to know it's not just me. I'll take a look at how Adobe accept bug reports and send it through
For anyone reading this later and wondering if this got fixed in the October 2014 release (as of today the latest CC release), the answer is ‘No, it didn't’.
