I am trying to create an automatic grid of pictures using the technique I've read about of using the arrow keys to increase the number of pictures in a grid while creating a frame. That is working, but the second part of this isn't. I'm supposed to be able to reduce the space between the items in the grid by moving the arrows while holding the shift key down. This isn't working at all. It's doing exactly the same thing as when I wasn't holding the shift key down, basically decreasing the number of pictures in my grid rather than the space between them.
For me, on Windows, holding down the Ctrl key seems to do the gap width. I suspect Cmd would work on Mac.
Why do you hold the shift key? To constrain proportions? On my Mac French keyboard, I press the up or down arrow (with 2 small horizontal bars) located under the F15 key to increase or decrease the gap.
