animate capture don't work

I installed Captivate 2 on my new computer and since when I capture an animation I have a white slide.
Can you help me ?

Hi Mark,

I tried to capture various things: scrolling of screen, to draw a form with Fireworks (with my old computer that functioned). Perhaps the problem comes from the graphics board of my new computer* (nVidia GeForce Go 7400).
