Hello, I have been having an issue with Photoshop cc that has been causing me frustration. I'm kind of new to Photoshop, and I'm not very tech savvy so bare with me.
Problem: After I put 5-10 minutes of work on a project, the program starts to slow down and then gets a buffering symbol where the cursor should be. After the first time this happens I am no longer able to work efficiently because the buffering symbol comes up whenever I try to edit my project.
Question: Is this a problem with the program, or a problem with my computer?
I'm working on a HP G62 Notebook PC and I believe it is fully updated. If you need more specifics of the system info I'm using, feel free to ask.

Also, tell us a little about how things are set up:
Before I go into detail I want to ask if the tablet I use could be causing problems with my machine? I use a Wacom BAMBOO CTH-670, and I was wondering if it could cause some sort of delay in the program because my mouse seems to work fine.
That is possible, we've seen performance issues tied specifically to tablets in the past. The most important thing here is to make sure you have the latest versions of the drivers installed.
