      this error prevents me from downloading updates for adobe acrobat.does anybody know what is this,please?

          Are you using the Adobe Updater or trying to download directly? If directly, what link are you using?

           

          Also, is your current version relatively recent (what version are you at)? If you haven't applied prior patches, this may be the issue.
