    Question regarding product registration


      I recently had a hard drive crash on my computer and had to wipe my drives and start anew.  Lightroom 5 was on my computer, then wiped off.  I can't find my discs with my serial number to reactivate my account.  I downloaded LR on the 30 day trial and now it is expired.  Could I be placed in contact with someone to look up my records?  Thanks.




      PS: If I can't actually speak with a real person, it would be great to at least chat with someone.  I'm not a fan of having a public forum answer my questions.  There's nothing like personal customer service, Adobe.
