I'd like to use AdobeSend as a collaboration tool for making and tracking PDFs for client edits and markups on a project. I can send them a PDF to download but then how do they get it back to me with their marked up PDF so we can make the next round of edits? It seems like this is only a one-way tool. Please let me know if you have any thoughts or ideas on how this can work.

Adobe Send was designed to be an alternative to email for sending large files. It was not designed to be a collaboration tool.
Your clients could use Adobe Send to send you the PDF files with their comments. They would need their own accounts to do this.
