no disrespect, but if you haven't found ANY information..then apparently no word just yet, patients though and I am sure you will be rewarded as such.
Thanks Ryan. I don't have a date. But, I can tell you the color team is very interested in Android and working to help you. We appreciate your patience.
yeah this is a complete joke, how, in anyone's brain did it make sense to not have Android apps, you know, the DOMINANT force in mobile market share. I have full creative suite and don't now, nor will I ever own an Apple crap. Get it together ADOBE and stop claiming to "support mobile blah blah blah" then turn around and IGNORE more then half the market.
I second this. I like my Nexus (and the Galaxy before that) and will not have an Apple in the foreseeable future. Come-on Adobe - integrate with Android already.
We want Adobe color for Androiddddddddddddddddddd u.u
Here's the official statement (link posted above):
While we initially launched these apps on iOS, we didn’t forget you Android. We’re working hard to develop Android phone support for some of our most popular apps. But we want to do it right, in a way that complements the strengths of the Android user experience and design. While we can’t offer specific release dates, you should expect to see the first of these apps starting in Summer 2015.
We’re also eagerly developing an Android version of the Creative SDK, which powers both Adobe and third-party apps. This SDK will allow the creation of more Android apps that connect you to your Creative Profile wherever you are.
As of now, there are Android phone apps available for the creative social networkBehance, Behance Creative Portfolio, Creative Cloud file management, and Lightroom.
Stay tuned for more updates as summer approaches.
The key point here is that we are actively working on more Android apps. And, "While we can’t offer specific release dates, you should expect to see the first of these apps starting in Summer 2015."
Thank you, would love it if I coukd get Adobe Colour for my android as it's so good on Apple but I only own android currently
We just posted a beta version of Adobe Color for Android. The beta is open to everyone. We'd love to hear your feedback. Here's how to get it:
(1) Visit the Google+ community for Adobe Android Apps - Community - Google+
(2) Request to join. (we will try to approve your request within 24 hours)
(3) After you join, you will find links to Adobe Color, Shape, and Brush on Google Play.
(4) Install the apps, give them a try, and let us know how they work for you by adding a comment to the community.
Thanks for your help!
I can't download it for my Samsung s3 phone and also can't download it for my asus zenpad tablet. Says not co compatible! Why...?
Its about 3 years later and I still can't find:
- Adobe Shape CC
- Adobe Color CC
- Adobe Brush CC
On google play. It seems that other people are able to find/download them, but for me they are not in the play store. Are they region blocked or something? (I'm from NL)

Adobe Shape and Brush and Color no longer exist as standalone apps. Just about three years ago they were all rolled into a single app called Adobe Capture CC.
Look in the PlayStore for Capture CC.
Let me know if you have trouble finding that.
Found it,... Probably makes more sense putting it in one App.!
Great; glad you finally found it. Sorry you had such a frustrating experience finding it.
It is really nice having everything in one app.
