- Download CC 2012... the original Creative Cloud app; your rental agreement with Adobe gives you access to this. Install it.
- Backsave the CC 2014 project to CC 2012.
- Open the backsaved project in CC 2012. Backsave it again to CS6.
- Pray that you didn't use any CC features that aren't in CS6 -- they won't show up in the CS6 project.
Incidentally, your CC rental also gives you access to CS6... which in your case might be a whole lot easier to use in the first place. You wouldn't have to go thorough this "swing-a-dead-chicken-over-your-head-by-the-light-of-the-full-moon" backsaving ordeal.
