Varying Capture Window Size in a Project

Hello... I'm testing Captivate2 and Flash Demo Builder for 30 days. One question I have on Captivate2 is how to vary the size of the capture window in a give project. For example, in a new project, I set the capture window to grab a full screen shot of an application. After a couple of slides discussing the general layout, I then want to move in to a particular area and discuss it. At that time, I no longer want full screen shots but want to reduce the size of the capture window down to a particular area, and just capture a small subset of the full screen. I don't seem to be able to do this once I have set the project window dimensions though. The capture window is always set to the project size.

Is there a way to vary the capture window size after you have specified a project window size?

Thanks
