Which software needed for iPad application

Hi,

I'm looking to make an applications for iPad which involves the following:

- Use of Camera

- Use of GPS/Location

- Ability to load pre-set images (from web, or updatable via web) into the images taken. (but not merging)

Which Adobe packages will I need which involves the least scripting. (I can, but I'm lazy too)

Wrong area this isn't a BC thing, you need Adobe Phonegap, but requires scripting or at least cut n pasting.
