Can you let us know which version of AME and Prelude your client is using? oes your client see the desired Quick Time Pro Res presets in Premiere Pro or AME directly?

lewis_adobe Oct 7, 2014 3:49 PM (in response to Meg The Dog)You can also download a set of pre made presets here- Adobe - Adobe Media Encoder : For Macintosh : AME CC ProRes presets (Mac only). If this set does not meet the clients needs, then making a custom preset in AME is the correct step (as described by Meg The Dog).
