I have subscribed to the creative cloud so that I can use InDesign but it just keeps referring back to my trial - I'm looking for an answer to why it is doing that when i have joined up to the creative cloud.
Wow, if you'd told us that you had a paid subscription, but it wasn't activated, I'd have suggested some different answers.
First, quit the CC desktop app from the menu, then restart and let it re-connect and sign in. If that doesn't work, uninstall, run the cleaner tool (CS Cleaner Tool for installation problems | CCM, CS6, CS5.5, CS5, CS4, CS3 ) and reinstall.
