Downloaded Add-on for wrong version

I downloaded the flyer templates add-on and I have version 12.1 instead of 13. I didn't realize it wasn't connected to the Adobe I currently have when it said "add-ons available". What should I do?

Can you tell us the name of the Add-on please? It may well work in your version of the app. Have you tried opening it?

Hi Nicole,

I believe you downloaded the Flyer templates product but I am not 100% certain which one. However it's likely they will work in your version of the app. If not please contact the producer who may be able to provide a compatible version: support@musetemplatespro.com
