For the second time in just a few months, one of our Connect events was visited by a mysteriously behaving chat pod. The pod, which was on the public side of the room, at first changed position and then hid itself. I re-opened it from the pull-down menu and put it back in place, but it vanished again about three minutes later. This time, when I re-opened it all of the contents had been cleared. I types in a Test Test message just to make sure that it was working.
Here's the really odd part. I checked a different PC logged into the same session and discovered that the chat contents missing on my PC were still inside the pod there.
Given all these facts, what could have happened to have caused this?
