Please revert in case you are not able to install Dreamweaver from there.
I am not able to uninstall; I get an message that I need to quit Creative Cloud in order to uninstall... which I am also unable to do, as I am not running Creative Cloud.
@atul_saini I deleted the file and am (still) unable to launch Creative Cloud.
@atul_saini I ended up dragging the entire Creative Cloud folder from my Applications to the trash, deleting the trash, and restarting the computer. This actually worked!! Creative Cloud restarted (somehow) on its own, and I was able to install Dreamweaver CC with no further problems.
I am in the same boat. My CC desktop just disappeared. I have done everything recommended here to reinstall the desktop, but every time it begins to install and then shuts down half way through. If I watch the activity monitor, the installer runs to the half point and then the Activity Monitor shows the entry as red and not responding, then the installer window just disappears.
Thanks, helped me with updates stalled at 50%
