Adobe Brush isn't updating to Libraries in PS CC 2014

I've created several brushes in Adobe Brush but they are not syncing to my Library in PS CC 2014. The Creative Cloud icon at the top right of the Brush interface is showing with a checkmark and the bottom right of the Libraries panel in PS CC 2014 shows "all libraries are up to date". I've used Adobe CC Shape during the same time period and those shapes are syncing and showing up in my Libraries in CC. Something seems amiss with Brush.

I was having a similar problem. I finally created a new library and moved the brushes that weren't syncing into it. That got them into Photoshop for me.

Be sure to update Brush to the latest version (1.0.4). There were a few bugs with sync fixed in this release.
