Knoll Light factory is doing what you are looking for. But i would recommend you do work like this in AE. Finnish your edit and do the post stuff in AE. You also could render your own transitions with alpha from AE and import as Video in PP.

be advised that the "cinematic flares" are a pack of presets for Knoll Light Factory and require the plug-in (Knoll Light Factory 3.0).

Yes, Thanks .. Your right ... for this time in desided two make my own lenceflares in PS and animate in Premiere .. It took a long time, but i saved my money. I dont have AE, but mabye i should upgrade. I am novice to filmmaking, - .. I'm a Photographer and strong in Photoshop.
Thanks all for your input , prices of plugins is very high - but my labor is not.

For future reference, there is a standard set of lens flares in Premiere. Look under Effects > Video Effects > Generate > Lens Flare. It gives you the options of 50-300mm, 35mm prime and 105mm prime, and you can animate it to move with the keyframes in the effects control panel. I've used it a bit and it works great.

Yes, Jude , i´m aware .. But it don´t produce the flares i´m looking for. I know we can modify them,- however - would be nice with more options. And the flare type is from 1875 ,- lol
