Bug report: timecode overlay effect via export drifts out of sync

      Hi Peeps,

When QCing an output with timecode overlay I had made for my composer, I noticed that the TC had slipped nearly 2 seconds by the end of a 30 min piece. This had been rendered using the handy "Timecode Overlay" effect in the export settings.

Applying the effect within the timeline/on clips does not drift by one frame, however.

Below is a screen grab, with TC overlay done in the timeline [ top left] and within the export settings [ bottom]- which you can see have drifted ahead of the program TC.

TC Overlay bug_Top L is effect on clip in timeline, Bottom is the effect in the export settings.png

In my case, I'm working with a 23.976 timeline. None of the "Format" options within the effect resolved this.
I have yet to test this issue in 29.97.

This is running on P7.2.2, on OS X 10.8.5

I'm really glad I brought in my export into Premiere, as I probably would not have noticed the TC drift it in preview/ quicktime.

Hope this can be resolved, as its so convenient having access to a TC burn in media encoder.

      Cheers,

      David
