Solution from anyone?
The only reason why this could be happening is that some of the database file that belongs to Creative Cloud Desktop Application has either been modified/changed/deleted and now Creative CLoud Desktop Application is not showing the product as an installed product.
Best suggestion would be to uninstall the version that you have on the machine (not the preferences) and install the latest version using the Desktop Application.
the CC desktop app is fresh installation after I installed all the CC apps from an enterprise package installer. The CC desktop application should not have be modified/changed/deleted. In fact, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the desktop application a couple of time which every time give the same result.
I have uninstalled CC App and installed the latest and still does not work for me.
