No Email Receipt Received from FormsCentral

I have created a form with ForlmCentral and embedded it in a web page on my website. I set the EmailReceipt so that those who fill the form will receive an email receipt as they submit it. I checked that all the details were checked and filled but I DO NOT receive any Email Receipt from Forms Central. I also checked the email spam folder but nothing.

Any suggestion on how to fix this please?

Email receipts are sent to the form fillers not the form author. If you are saying that you have run tests filling the form with your email address as a filler and you are not receiving receipts then there may be a problem. Please make sure that the embedded code in your site was updated after you made your last changes to the form. It is possible you added email receipts after you embedded our code. Can you please share the URL to your form so we can look at it here at Adobe?

Hi Andrew, thanks for your reply.

Yes, I know the forms are sent to the fillers. This is exactly what I need.

Following your advice I re-embedded the latest form code and tested again, both accessing the form on my website, at the url and via the test option in ForlsCentral.

Nothing. No email received at all in any of the tests.

Hey Alex,

So I've just had a look at your form and it appears that you hadn't defined the "To:" field for the email receipt. I went ahead and chaged it to the email you collect on the form and tested it and it now appears to be working as expected. If this is not the address you wish to sent the reciept to you can define another email field and assign that value. Hope this helps.
