google is your friend....
green is generally preferred since it least matches skin tone (unless you're filming someone who's sea-sick).
I have googled it first, that's why i got confused on which to get......

didn't mean to be rude... it's very dependent on what you're shooting. as i wrote, in most cases green is used where people are involved, however, if you're shooting, say a green product shot, then you'd obviously use another colour...
